This is my senior capstone for the Savannah College of Art and Design. My aim was to design a clothing rental / subscription service for Nordstrom that meets adapting consumer demands and creates a unique competitive advantage for the brand. By providing a rental subscription service at Nordstrom, the brand can address key customer concerns, address market developments, add to their expanding portfolio, and gain a key competitive advantage in this retail revolution. Nordstrom has the resources, customer base, and the scale to pull off this task that would establish them as a retailer of the future.
